The Theatre Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10am until 6 pm. outside of these hours an automated telephone answering service operates. All tickets paid for using credit / debit cards will incur a £1.00 per seat booking fee .

For tickets purchased online a booking fee of £1.00 per seat will apply in all cases. This is the processing fee charged by Paypal, NOT The Queens Theatre Production Society. Please Note that if using E-Cheques with Paypal then these take upto 9 working days to reach our account, and NO tickets will be issued until funds have cleared into our bank. Tribute shows have "Cabaret" style seating ( Tables And Chairs ) and are not numbered. Should you wish to sit in a particular seat or to reserve a table then please contact the box office by using the form at the top of this page or by calling us on 08443 57 57 91 during box office opening hours. ( Normal terms and conditions apply as detailed below) |
Refunds & Exchanges:
We regret that the cost of any unused or returned tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance provided that they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours before the earliest performance date. Requests for exchange must be via the telephone or by visiting the theatre box office.
If a performance has to be cancelled by the theatre for any reason the theatre will in the first case wherever possible try to re-schedule the performance and offer the new performance time to the customer. If it is not possible to re-schedule a performance or the customer cannot attend the new performance time a full refund will be given.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the original booking was made.
Delivery:
All tickets will be dispatched using Royal Mail Standard Delivery within three days from the clearance of payment. Except where tickets are purchased within 8 days of a performance, or during a postal strike. Should either be the case then tickets will be placed on the box office for collection, you will be advised that this is the case at the time of purchasing your tickets.
