The Theatre Box Office is an automated telephone answering service 24 hours a day.
Personal Callers to the Box Office in Price Street, Burslem are welcome, but should pre arrange any such visits to ensure your time and journey are not wasted . We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause .

Refunds & Exchanges:
We regret that the cost of any unused or returned tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance provided that they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours before the earliest performance date. Requests for exchange must be via the telephone or by visiting the theatre box office.
If a performance has to be cancelled or re-scheduled by the theatre or performer for any reason the theatre will in the first case wherever possible try to re-schedule the performance and offer the new performance time to the customer. Should it not be possible for the new peformance to take place within a period of 12 weeks then the Customer will be entitled to a refund . Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the original booking was made.
Delivery:
All tickets will be held at the Theatre Box Office for collection, we regret that due to the amount of tickets lost in the postal system it is no longer a viable option of delivery .
