We regret that the cost of any unused or returned tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets
can be exchanged for another performance provided that they are returned to the box
office at least 48 hours before the earliest performance date. Requests for exchange
must be via the telephone or by visiting the theatre box office.
If a performance has to be cancelled by the theatre for any reason the theatre will
in the first case wherever possible try to re-schedule the performance and offer
the new performance time to the customer. If it is not possible to re-shedule a performance
or the customer cannot attend the new performance time a full refund will be given.
